Dear Valued VBCOA Member,
The Virginia Building and Code Officials Association (VBCOA) Annual Conference and School will be held September 7-9, 2025 in Williamsburg, Virginia at the Historic Williamsburg Lodge.
VBCOA members in good standing are invited to apply for one of the Emory R. Rodgers’ Educational Scholarships to attend the 2025 VBCOA Annual Conference. The scholarship includes a complimentary conference registration and (2) night accommodations at the conference host hotel (if needed). Other associated conference costs remain the responsibility of the individual VBCOA scholarship recipient.
The VBCOA Conference and School includes the opportunity to earn CEU credits, attend the Board of Directors meeting, the Annual Business meeting, the Installation of Officers Annual Banquet, networking and a variety of excellent training options. Please note that scholarship recipients are expected to attend all Conference events and activities.

Those interested should complete the application no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025.
