Dear Valued VBCOA Member,
The Virginia Building and Code Officials Association (VBCOA) Mid-Year Conference will be March 22-23, 2026, at the Hotel 24 South in Staunton, Virginia.
VBCOA members in good standing are invited to apply for one of the Emory R. Rodgers’ Educational Scholarships to attend the 2026 VBCOA Mid-Year Conference. The scholarship includes complimentary conference registration and (1) night lodging at the Hotel 24 South (if needed). Other associated conference expenses are the responsibility of the individual VBCOA scholarship recipient.
All members are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to 1st time attendees, Region Chairs and Committee Chairs.
Attending a VBCOA Conference is a great opportunity to earn CEU credits from a variety of educational training options; attend the Board of Directors meeting and membership meeting, and network with VBCOA members and VBCOA partners.
