VBCOA’s Midyear Membership Meeting and Educational Conference will be held April 30-May 1, 2017, at The Holiday Inn University & Conference Center, 1901 Emmet Street Charlottesville, Virginia
We have fantastic educational opportunities to choose from including:Leadership for Tomorrow, Simpson Strong Tie Cracking the Concrete Anchor Codes, Omega Flex Pipe Training and Cross Laminated Timbers hosted by the American Wood Council. Hotel reservations: Make your reservation by calling the Holiday Inn at 1-434-977-7700 or toll free 1-800-242-5973. Your code to receive the conference room rate is VBC. The single/double room rate is $99 plus taxes. The deadline for receiving the conference rate is March 29. A credit card number or one-night’s deposit is required.
Conference registration: Register on line, click the online registration link below. You may also register by mail (or email or fax) by completing and returning a paper registration form to VBCOA, P.O. Box 12164, Richmond, VA 23241. The check should be payable to VBCOA, or you may give a purchase order number. The registration fee includes the Monday continental breakfast and lunch, refreshment breaks and training materials. Cancellation policy: Cancelled registrations will be refunded if received by Wednesday, April 24.
Exhibitors: Up to four exhibit tables will be available during the conference. Set up time is Sunday evening or Monday at 7:30 a.m. Break down is 3 p.m. Monday. Register on-line at link below or use the paper registration form found in the link below. The fee is $150 per table, which entitles the company to a 6-foot draped exhibit table and chair. An additional exhibitor at the table may be registered for an additional $60. The exhibit registration fee includes the breakfast and lunch and training session materials. Also exhibitors can opt to donate an additional $50 toward purchase of a prize for the exhibit raffle.
