PMG and IBC Code Change Positions

Attached above are the recommendations for the Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fuel Gas code change positions in relevance to the changes that received successful assembly motion action at the hearings in Memphis, TN.

The official committee action results will be posted sometime today and the assembly action online voting periods opens on Monday May 11^th closes on Friday May 22^nd. Video of the testimony for the changes that garnered assembly motions will be provided for you. So even if you were not at the hearings or watching via the webcast you can listen to the testimony and the committees questions and reason statements on these specific changes.

As a reminder – all ICC members (who were members 30 days prior to the first day of the committee action hearings) are eligible to vote during the above noted portion of the code change cycle.

If you are unsure if you are a member or eligible to vote please register under the ICC cdpACCESS portion of the website if you have not already done so. Once your registration is complete and you are signed into the cdpACCESS system it will show whether or not you have voting privileges at the top of the page. Remember that when you registered for cdpACCESS you created a four digit pin. This pin is needed to be entered during some portions of the voting process.
