ICC‐HSTTP
Representatives from Montgomery County, VA met on Friday, October 13, 2017 to discuss the
opportunities that the ICC High School Technical Training Program would provide the high school students in helping prepare them for their future career paths. County officials met at the Montgomery County Government Center in Christiansburg, VA and plan to meet again in November to continue planning for implementation of the program in all four Montgomery County High Schools in the 2018 spring semester.
Those in attendance included Montgomery County School Officials: Rick Weaver (Administrator of Career and Technical Education and Business Partnerships) and Carl Pauli (Director of Secondary Education, not pictured); along with VBCOA representatives Jimmy Moss (Grayson County Building Official, back left), John Broughton (VBCOA Region II Chair), Cathy Cook (Town of Blacksburg Building Official, front left), Bill Yeager (Montgomery County Building Official), and Kyle Kratzer (VBCOA‐ICC Representative, Fairfax).
We are excited for the opportunity to help support Montgomery County schools in the implementation of this great program.
