Standalone pavillion with electricity

I have a plot of land in Prince Edward county where we camp and just get away from time to time. I would like to get a pavilion built and want electricity ran to it for lights, fans etc. It will be built post frame style with columns in the ground with no floor but it will have an “attic” for storage. The footprint will 24’x24′.

My question is kind of general and basically where to even start in the process.  The property doesn’t have an address and doesn’t have electricity to the interior.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
