    Is everyone enforcing the duct leak test that is required for new homes?We are getting some resistance from some of the contractors because they say not every locality is requiring it.

    Madison County is enforcing the duct testing provision, before leaving Mathews County we were enforcing it as well. If a contractor wants to claim other localities are not enforcing this provision, I show them this: N1103.3.3 (R403.3.3) Duct testing (Mandatory).
