Has anyone run across these detached saunas, no electric or water just a special solid fuel stove. Building footprint meets exemption for storage building, playhouse “Or Similar Use”….

Very interesting and unique. I have never seen anything like this. In my opinion it would need to be permitted. I do not believe it falls under item 2 in section 108.2 (it is not a storage shed, play house or similar use). The web links mentions a wood fire sauna stove, changing room and the option of 110 v electrical system. Definitely cool, but something that should be permitted.
