Fit for duty test

Wondering if any jurisdictions have a fit for duty test annually for existing employees? Thanks.

My guess would be probably not for Inspectors.

I have worked for 4 different jurisdictions as an inspector throughout my employment as an inspector. 1 jurisdiction had a pre-hire physical and one had random drug testing, the other 2 had no requirements. Out of all 4 none had an annual requirement
