Farm stays in our county are allowed to let people get the farm experience and also stay over night.We have one that has built a cottage that they are renting out.Of course no permits at this time.What classification would this fall under.If R-3,it seems the code would require sprinklers,which is next to impossible.The only other would be R-5,single family dwelling.What are your thoughts?
