Congratulations to the 2015 VBCOA scholarship award recipients to attend the 2015 ICC Committee Action Hearings in Memphis on April 19 – 30 2015! Ten dedicated VBCOA members in five jurisdictions, including Alexandria City, James City County, New Kent County, Prince William County, and Warren County, were recently awarded $1000 scholarships each to support their attendance to and participation in the ICC hearings! VBCOA thanks them for their committed service to the professional code organization and the code compliance industry and looks forward to their being at and contributing to the 2015 ICC Committee Action Hearings in Memphis.
