As a result of the Ohio Fireball death earlier this summer, which was not on a Chance ride. Chance Rides has issued a Service Bulletin for all their manufactured rides. The Bulletin can be found at this link.
I think that is is important to add that the Fireball ride involved in the fatality in Ohio, had been inspected in Virginia at least twice prior to the Ohio incident. The Fireball ride was inspected by three different sets of Inspectors.
