Justin,
First thought, I recommend talking with your local building official.
Second thought,to my understanding the unit (room) is not habitable or occupiable per the code.
I would recommend to address it as a non habitable space like a restroom.
requiring some type of ventilation, and sprinkler,(if the structure is sprinkler where the unit is placed). Also address accessibility and overseeing the location of the unit that it does not interfere with egress,(lighting, path, door swing, exit signs, etc)
I would step away from the kiosk since the unit is fully enclosed.
