<p style=”margin: 0in 0in 0pt;”><span style=”color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;”>Good morning, not exactly a policy in my locality, just what the Code says and the Building official should determine. I have a similar situation, a 8×8 two story play house, both levels enclosed with interior stairs, lower level is 5 feet in height, upper level is 8 feet height. (Due to Zoning regulations that accessory structures cannot exceed 16′ in height)</span></p>

<p style=”margin: 0in 0in 0pt;”><span style=”color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;”>We are requiring drawing to issue permit and pass inspection for it. Key work two story, only one story are exempted. </span></p>
