VBCOA Region VI December Meeting

The next VBCOA Region VI meeting will be held on December 12, 2023 (moved a week ahead of our normal meeting date).

The next meeting will be held in Chesterfield in the Community Development Multipurpose Room (9800 Government Center Parkway, Chesterfield, Va. 23832 .  Those attending will need to RSVP to Rebecca Fitzke ahead of time.   We will work out the details in the upcoming weeks and may do an online survey of some sort to get a head count.  This meeting will be catered. We voted today to approve the allowance of $20.00 max per person with the requirement that anyone attending must bring a new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots with a value of $15.00 or greater AND you must RSVP once that invite get sent out.

We are at the time to have new Region VI members for the positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Anyone interested should email Richard Moore and Rodger Slate, both on one email, with the position you are interested in.  The elected term is for two years.   Their email addresses are mo***@he****.us and sl****@ch**********.gov    Voting will take place at our December meeting.  If you have any questions regarding the positions please feel free to contact Richard, Rodger, or myself.

Please remember to pay your required dues to VBCOA in order to continue attending meetings and obtaining continuing education hours.

We are looking for individuals to step in the role of committees which include: IBC General Building, Energy Conservation, BCAAC, and High School Technical Program.  You can also join any other committee at any time to become a more engaged member.
