Polymeric Siding: Product Background, Standards, I-Codes, and Performance

The training, conducted by Fernando Pages, is intended to provide Code Officials and Building Inspectors with a complete background on the categories of polymeric cladding, including the material’s code reference in the IBC, IRS, and IECC. Installation, inspection, wind and fire performance, and a brief description of the material’s evolution and architectural application.  Fernando is an ICC Certified Building Inspector, homebuilder, and author of two books. His projects won the “Green Building Single Family House of the Year” and the “Workforce Housing Award” from the National Association of Home Builders.
