In this session, Tom will provide an overview of the modular construction industry with an emphasis on the single-family market. Topics discussed will include drivers for modular construction, regulatory barriers, and opportunities.
About MHBA: Headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, the Modular Home Builders Association is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to serving the modular home builders and manufacturers. MHBA also advocates at the state and federal level to ensure a fair and competitive playing field for the industry.
Next meeting will be in Charlottesville at the City Space Downtown. April 3rd 10am – 2pm
CEU’s will be given at the close of the meeting and training.
