2018 VBCOA Annual Conference

Due to Hurricane Florence, the Region VIII Host Event scheduled for Saturday, September 15 and the 89th Annual School and Conference scheduled for September 16 – 18, has been postponed, more information will be provided as soon as the information becomes available.
The 89th Annual VBCOA Annual School and Conference has been rescheduled to October 14 -16 in the same location, at the Williamsburg Lodge.
Registration If you need to cancel your registration due to the date change, please provide a request for registration cancellation and refund, in writing, to Sandy Harrington at sh*********@vm*.org no later than Friday September 21, 2018.

Lodging Rooms that were booked thru the block will be carried over to the same date pattern as the original reservation. If you need to cancel this reservation, please email Sandy Harrington at sh*********@vm*.org. If you did not book thru the block (such as Marriott Rewards etc.) you will need to cancel thru the booking method you used.
If you have already cancelled your reservation, but intend to attend the conference, please let Sandy Harrington know as soon as possible, so that we can make sure you are placed back in the VBCOA room block.
If you are a new registrant and will need lodging please contact Williamsburg Lodge Reservations by calling 1 800-261-9530 and using booking ID 542203 or VBCOA.
The Williamsburg Lodge reservations staff are working very closely with us at this time to ensure that everyone who needs lodging for the date change gets a room and also to ensure that those who were scheduled for this weekend are properly cancelled.
