The Residential Code Committee receives, considers and develops positions on model codes involving the International Residential Code. The committee reviews proposed code changes and makes position recommendations to the Board and also develops code changes to be submitted on behalf of VBCOA. This committee also works closely with the USBC Administrative Adhoc Committee.
