The Property Maintenance Committee represents VBCOA’s interest with the Virginia Maintenance Code, Part III of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. The Virginia Maintenance Code is applicable to all existing structures within localities that take official action to adopt the code in whole or in part. The enforcement of this code is critical to sustaining our existing building stock across Virginia.
