The Administrative Ad-Hoc Committee is convened at the commencement of each VA code change cycle. The committee receives and considers code change proposals to the administrative portions of the USBC to include the VCC, VRC, VMC, MHR, IBSR and others. The recommendations of this Committee are passed along to the Board of Directors for submission to the Board of Housing and Community Development to be considered during the VA code change cycle.
